Personalizing your items at Charm Craft is easy! Simply select the product you want to customize and start designing, you can design from scratch or edit our preloaded templates using our inbuilt product designer. You can also upload your design and once done you can select the quantities and sizes you want and then add your customized product to the cart then follow the prompts during the checkout process. If you have specific requests, you can leave a note, and our team will do their best to accommodate.

Yes while using our product designer you will be able to have a preview of your artwork on the selected product.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and Masterpass. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partner, PayFast.

We offer flat-rate shipping through our trusted partners, Paxi and The Courier Guy. During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method. For more details on shipping times and options, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.
